Default Prices Freeze After News Why ?????

On two occasions this week (MPC Vote & GBP CPI) Price froze for over 30 seconds after first tick of the minute.

What is the reason for this??

i think its the general thing around

During news time, its normal for the price to hand a bit.

I didn't notice any problem but then again I wasn't trading news.
Perhaps momentary internet congestion caused a problem for you?

How did that go for you? I myself noticed usd/jpy quickly shot down and hit my target, but apart from that I didn't notice anything untoward.

Not sure how you did not notice there was huge lag in the quotes ( 20 Pips) as opposed to the really rates . Trades who exploit this flaw with fxopen , get their accounts BLOCKED stating You Trade The Lag , and trades who suffer due this lag, like me on todays trade , never get a reply ever. This not the first this has happened , It happened on :
    1. MPC Rate ( Price Freeze ) . Actually Price spiked to 1.9672 but at fxopen it was only 1.9645.
    2. Same Day at 10.00 EST ( Price Freeze ) e-mail sent never got a reply.
    3. Today GBP CPI ( Rate Freeze ) could not exit on profit had take no loss no profit , lucky for me I could bail out or it would be loss.
    4. 8.30 EST Retail Trade / PPI , LAG Rates , to bad for me I trusted the rate and bought USD/JPG at 127.24 when the actually rate was 127.08 on another broker.

I have called all offices USA , UK , Egypt today to report this problem , only thing they CAN I HAVE A QUESTIONS and CANNOT UNDERSTAND ANY THING I SAY .

If anybody could give a telephone number were I can get few question answered it would be much appreciated .

manager, what is going on with you? I have similar problems as GANESH, on yesterdays trading and I have sent you an email, another to [email protected] and even [email protected] but no body is responding.
I traded U.S core retail sales yesterday on USD/JPY and you guys closed me at an UNBELIEVABLE loss. here it is below:

    1937175 2008.01.15 15:30 sell 1.00 usdjpy 107.41 107.53 107.23 2008.01.15 15:30 107.61 0.00 0.00 0.00 -185.86

I want you to go back and take a good look at the chart, cos It was about to hit my takeprofit of 20pips, when all of a sudden u closed my trade at a loss at which the price NEVER went.

And even if --and I repeat-- even if it was going at a loss (WHICH IT WASN'T), I had a stoploss of 10pips (which is 12pips cos of your spread), SO HOW ON EARTH COULD I HAVE LOST MORE THAN 17PIPS?

Manager correct this and add my 20pips profit and the imaginary loss which u deducted.

why is it that it is only on FXOPEN platform that I get incorrect price quote during news and also wrong trades and Always at a loss?

this happens continually. are you people trying to play funny with my trader's hard earned money? or do you think its easy for one to plan a trade well and make profit?
why then do you guys enjoy MAKING us lose?
Don't you gain from your spread?
    Or what?
Your attitude is very questionable and shady, considering the fact that I've been in the forefront promoting you guys to people, and then you keep messing me up.
    I need a response Now.

    1) We do not care other brokers quots by 1 simple reason, we all use different data feed source, and in FXOpen case it is several major world banks.
    2) If you think that some orders were executed by wrong price (spike, software mistake or any other reason) just write to [email protected] . If this mistake happened because of FXOpen fault we will appologize and fix your order.
