    Exclamation Cannot Do Order

    Greetings...
Just recently registered a micro acc (#60540).
Wanted to start trading this morning after add some funds into the acc.
It seems that my new order button is greyed out(looked disabled somehow)

Is there any solution for this prob? Any help is greatly appreciated!

i think u order its not correct
are u use market order or pending order ?
if market order its should be o.k after u make fund
but for pending order . u need beware when u put price order, s/l n t/p
coz the price must be set 10 pips from current market price
meanwhile s/l n t/p must be set 10 pips from price order

    example
    short e/u - current price 1.4890

minimum order can be make for

--> limit order order price 1.4900
    s/l 1.4910
    t/p 1.4890

    --> stop order for short
    order price 1.4880
    s/l 1.4890
    t/p 1.4870

    thank

    1 more thing
make sure u use trader password not investor password to trade .... u cant trade if u use investor password

    good luck
