Question [Q] Why most traders consider to do Trading with News which is very hard and risky?

Hello friends i mostly seen traders who consider to trade in economical news's which is very risky and harder because after their release market got volatility and no clear movement in between 2 or 3 minutes where we can see huge price movement like 50 to 100 pips after huge pips movement market go slowly to their destination which is hardly 10 or 20 pips approx so my question is why most traders considers to trade in Economical newses where all movements completed in short time of period and after all volatility, market will be go in the direction which it covered by market in short time or not is not confirmed?

    Dear asingh,

Basically forex is a field where you can't make profit without taking any sort of risk, market always shows us some great trends but it always depends upon the trader to choose the right one, same thing happens in the case of news trading because in news trading trader always have to choose the right news and must have to react at the same time on that particular news no matter how much it is difficult because we all are here to make money nothing else.

Market always become unpredictable when we remain unable to understand the actual effect of the news on the market and hence trader always loose his/her trade by thinking that forex market is so unpredictable but the truth is not actually that.

As i have seen so many times that the news related to some pairs like eur/usd always give you good profit if you will predict it correctly but in case of gbp/usd you can see that most of the news remain unable to understand and most of the news never gives you that much profit which you have expected.

news trading is risky but it is the most exciting part of forex trading and you need right kind of skills to excute your plan while trading news and very few can do that..I loves to trade in news because it is thrilling and it rewards you handsomely for your analytical skills..and market can really move large during this period within a fraction of few minutes..and due to this everyone gets involved in news trading to earn a large no. of pips in just few minutes...
