    Default problem in withdraw funds from ewelle

    i have money in my ewellet(XX55FXPNXXG7808610001) and not able to withdraw money they showing me money transfer rejected and in comment they said..
    "To process your withdrawal request we need to contact you via phone. Please, provide us with your valid phone number (along with international code)and attached ID. We tried to call you by the number provided in your account's record but it was unavailable. We are sorry for inconvenience. This is made for your own security. P.S. Repeat your withdrawal request after sending us phone number"

    in my live account their is no option to update mobile number.

    i lost my mobile thats why my phone is out of convince.so kindly update my new number which i send at [email protected] and [email protected]

    Please send an email to [email protected] to update you phone number and attach with you ID. Mention your problem in detail and mention also you ewallet/trading account number.
    If you already send an email then please be patient, finance will call you within the finance working hours.
    The Finance Department is open from 8am till 4pm GMT Monday to Friday.
