    Thumbs down Debit cards from fxopen

    hi all,

    I was the first one (i guess) to receive Debit card from fxopen, right from the begining the visa dept of fxegypt were dodging and was not providing me the monthly statement as i have been requesting them on email several times and also i contacted monarch and manager and all the answer get me to a dead end.

    I have recently loaded 800$ into it and i took some money thru ATM and did a POS transaction and i kept 50$ or so in the card for future use and to my surprise when i try to use that at gasoline station it said declined and i took the card to a atm center and there it showed available balance as -1360 INR ($50 approx)
    How will a debit card show a negative balance and its evident that they have stole the money,since i have been asking for a statement and they are not providing it.
    and No response to email from visa dept of fxopen.
    I never complain much in this forum and this one is testing my patience right from the begining.
    i would say there is no one working on visa@fxopen.com

    Very very disappointed and definetly need a explanation from a responsible person.

    I've had the card for a couple of months and report no problems at all. My only gripe is that French retailers look at you funny when you try to explain that you have to swipe the card through the machine because it doesn't have a chip.
    And as the manager says visa@fxegypt.com are responsive to their emails so be sure to use the right email address in future.

    I used fxegypt.com only not fxopen it was typo error

    did you get statements from the bank,cause they never gave me one and i have been contacting manager and as well as the fxopen support and nothing works out well.

    i can say plainly that no one is working on fxegypt.com
    that too on visa dept.
    its evident that either the dc company stole the money or the bank that stole the money, if not why should they hesitate to show me the statement?
    huh?

    very disappointed.

    Yes, I got statements. Clearly some wires have crossed here.

    Cost = Free if your account is over $3500 or $50 if your account is less than that.

    Is there anybody still facing problem with the debit card cause i am thinking of issuing one.


    Can i also go to an ATM machine and fund my card there which i fund also my account with?

    Yes. It's been more than 3 months and I paid for it but never got it.

    Hello FX Manager,

    I have asked the email you specified for the debit card and they said they can issue that for me. after i met the requirements i sent them an email to issue my debit card.....it is now passed 3 weeks since i sent the email but i havent recieved any reply.

    I wonder why there is a delay in emails?

    If we dont have FX_rebate around it will be impposible sometimes to reach any body form FXOpen. I salute FX_Rebate for the great support and i wish if he become the support manager. but as for other departments at FXopen i give them a rating of 2 for thier support.

    The delay with the debit card emails may have something to do with the manager responsible being in transit at the moment. I will try to remind him next time I speak to him that there may be some unanswered mails that need his attention.

    Send an email to visa@fxegypt.com
    Cost is free if your account is over $3500, or $50 if your account is less. It is a normal visa electron card you can use online and in shops.

    but can it work as an atm card?

    Will like to be able to withdraw money from my debit card using and atm?

    Can this card work anywhere in the world?
