How to be a pilot if you first do not learn how to fly an aircraft? Or to be a racing driver when you don't even know how to drive a car?...or even to walk if you don't take that first step?

Practice account is very important. In the beginning many traders are not familiar with FX market. That's why Demo trading is created to introduce them to the FX market.

As a beginner we will make millions of mistakes and that's for sure. If we make those mistakes in a live account then we will surely blow it few times. It's a must thing to do to have a demo account and take it as seriously as possible to earn money in the future.

    Hello pedrosa

You're totally correct, if you can't afford to lose in forex, but want to try it out, then use the "Demo" account until to get a rough idea of what it involves, both in winning and losing.

    Good luck

Yes, Another way to try the real account without demo account would be to use very low lot size and leverage. That will help you to control the loses in a good way. But i still believe that the demo account would make better impact.

To be familiar with trading and getting practice about trading we need practice account. In this way we did not use our own money and make different experiments on it. Make strategies and test them on practice account.

let every newbye go on forexcup. There no better place to learn about trading. Indeed, you are forced to push your limits ahaed and win a price. Don't lose your time on demo, traders work is not static but base on a better appreciation of the market trend. Of course you cannot know everything on the market.

Forexcup is indeed a good place to start. But doing demo ain't a time waste, not even close to it. You have to go to school and college for years to become a doctor and so, you can't do that without the time and effort, same goes here.

Also yes one can't learn everything but you don't have to learn everything, learn enough to make net profit at the end of each month and that's enough. Newbies should target when then enter demo.
