    Default Problem send ID

    Hello Admin.

    I was open a standart fxopen account on 15 Nov 2007 with account login 47943, and i had send my ID card to finance@fxopen.com. on 16 nov 2007.
    Why i did not get any reply from finance@fxopen.com?
    Please Help me.

    Finance department answers during 24 hours time (from Monday to Friday) so, most probably you will receive confimation e-mail by Monday morning.

    My friend's account also still unverified.
    I told him to wait until ueropean market open to get him verified

    ehm... Just more patients, i opened at 15 Nov, and send ID at 16, about 4 days...ago.. Btw if i'm aproval today, is the Nem rule down to me?

    hmm.. this one make me confused.

    i asked from the support after sending my documents to admin@fxmalay.com, support@fxopen.com and manager@fxopen.com.. he told me that, no need to wait for the verification email bcos the account will be automatically verified when we send them the documents. so i dont wait for the email. or is it the verification email is very important?

    You don't usually get a verification email. Verification is VERY important when it comes to withdrawal time. Unverified accounts are not allowed to make withdrawals.
