Default Developing EA for my scalping strategy!

Can somebody lend me a hand to make a simple EA for my scalping technique? I will post my strategy here, soon after I put the correct rules.

    I'll start with a picture...

    Simple rules:

    Time Frame is 5 minutes.
    EMAs 13 and 50.
    MACD (12,26,9).
    RSi (14).

SELL if EMA 13 crossed 50 from above, confirm by MACD in downtrend and RSI going below 50. See the vertical line in the picture. Target would 15 pips and SL at 10 pips.

    BUY in the reverse.

I hope anyone can help me make the EA for free.
    Thank you in advance.

Just to move this up... Anybody wants to try an EA for this system? This system is very good on AUDUSD... Try this on demo, I guess.

Please make it clear, what exactly means "MACD is in downtrend" ?
    Histogram is below zero?
The current value (histogram) is lower than the previous one ?
Or both ? Should the macd signal line be ignored?

You see, I can't simply code
    Code:
    if (macd is in downtrend) {do smth}
For the EA you need the exact rules.

If you can specify this, I will write the EA. But, IMHO, stops and targets (10 and 15pp) are very small, especially for audusd, and all the hits will be random - with the spread slowly eating the depo...

I suggest that EA should calculate MACD, give it to a global variable, calculate MACD at the next tick, compare with the global MACD, if the value is lower, it means MACD is in downward trend

Though of course downward trend for one tick could mislead you, you would have to refine this algorithm
