    to receive new PIN code, after 5 seconds
    you'll receive an email with confirmation link of your new PIN code.

    Do i must change the pin code what about the previous one can i keep it (do not change it) ??

    Old PIN code is not working so you will have to change it to make next withdrawal.

    Hi admin, I have already written down my pin code but I'm looking for info its info to know what it is for, I searched no result to it, please guide
    and also where to send scanned documents, I already PMed you, ty in advance!

    Scanned copy of the documents should be sent to [email protected] before the 1st withdrawal.
    The PIN code is an additional safety number required for the confirmation of your identity during the money withdrawal from your trading account. All money withdrawal requests without a PIN code confirmation will be rejected.

    thanks admin for your prompt answers! I have only my ID card scanned and also Telephon bill which the address is written on it also, it's all okay? I'll send them now
