    Default about sending ID

    hi admin I need

    to know when I need to send my ID

    can I picture it with my mobile and send it

    because i havent scanner

    99% that mobile picture will not be acceptable. You can use any Internet cafe nearest to your house to make a scanned copy of the ID.

    why 99% not accepted and could you tell me the

    Difference is in the quality of the picture, low quality is not acceptable for verification as it is not qualify for the security requirements.

    i must send my id only if i wanna withdraw from my account or i must sent it if i wanna withdraw or not ?

    You can trade without sending ID, but when you want to withdraw, you must send it.

    We propose to send your ID in nay case as it will increase security level of your trading account.

    what about the new procedure that u made in order to withdraw i put my request a message comes that you need to confirm the withdrawal by e-mail and nothing happens i checked my inbox there is nothing
    does it take time or what
