Default Thanx for the Information regarding the Maintenence

    Hi FxOpen Team,

I was really scared, because I could not inititate a Withdrawal. For a moment there I thought that I was doomed because I could not get any response from the finance Team and nor was I able to get a response from the Live Chat.

Now that I see tha you are aware of the issue, I'm relieved..

Hey. The micro server has been down for hours. I wonder what is going on. This is a very serious issue. I can not login to any of my micro live accounts. God only knows what is happening to my funds. Your main page does not work either. This does not look good at all. I am thinking of closing all of my accounts.

    Hello Gabriel,
Nothing happened with your funds. Most probably all of them located at server Real 1 which is down now due to the reasons out of our control. Right now our team and MetaQuotes team are trying to fix problems which seems very unusual. As soon as it will be fixed you are free to send your complaint for compensation (if you feel that you faced loses due to this situation) to our dealers.
As we mentioned before this downtime faced only Real 1 server, all other servers are working fine.

    hi fxopen manager,

how soon do you think this withdrawl problem will be fixed?
i'm a newbie here at fxopen and i'm wondering if these fundamental problems occur quite often here at fxopen.
i have accounts at other brokers as well and they don't seem to have these so called "out of control" technical issues.
i've joined fxopen just a couple of weeks ago and have already read so many of posts about these problems here at the forum (encountered a few myself) now i begin to wonder if i should worry about trading with fxopen. i'm sure there are many of you, including fxopen support reps, who's been trading with fxopen for quite some time now. could you please share your experience with fxopen and tell me i don't need to feel insecure? thanks in advance.

oh, btw.. my mt4 platform works fine. i only have problems with withdrawl via wire transfer. i get an error message at the end of process. my id is 317594 if someone can look into it. another question.. how do i find out which server my account is located at?

forexopen, i have been trading with FxOpen for over a year, and no majors issues. In fact i used to use fxpro but they don t accept US residents so i switched and this is the best broker i found. theses issue experimented this week are a first, at least this is the first time since i started using this broker that their server cashed. I had a few minor withdrawal delays in the past but nothing major. My experience has been rather positive, not accounting for this week's weirdness since this is really just an accidental enviromental issue thatr happens once in a blue moon to everyone. I hope this helps.

Hello, since your systems went down and people had to wait longer than usual for their withdrawals to be processed, why are you taking so much time doing that now that the system is back up? At least all withdrawal requests should be expedited as this delay created a HUGE inconvenience to many of your clients. It is end of week and some people like to close out and take profit off the table. It is bad enough withdrawal request take consideraby longer than deposits do, but in the light of this week's horrible events with your servers, you should process wr request before closing of the business day today.

    Hi,

I'm not so sure which method withdraw you refer but what i know all method are available for withdraw except alertpay.
I also already request a few withdraw using 2-3 different method since 10 hour ago.
I suggest if you have problem with the withdraw please mention in detail so we can help you out what we can or mention with who you need to refer for more detail.

    Thanks

I am using withdrawal through MoneyBookers. i receive confirmation email, and confirm, but it it taking too long for the team to approve. especially with yesterday's fiasco, it is very frustrating to have to wait even longer.
