    Default gbp technical outlook

    The Sterling (GBP) reached a month low against a trade weighted basket of currencies but held flat at 2.0285 against the USD. Overall the GBPUSD traded with a range of a low 2.0237 and a high of 2.0346 before closing 2.0286 in the New York session. Early Asian session Friday saw reports circulating regarding one of the UKs largest mortgage lenders, Northern Rock sourcing emergency funds from the BoE, causing an unwinding GBPJPY positions.

    can GU reach area 2.0600 again in next week?
    If GU reach area 2.0600 again,I think it will up to area 2.1000 , maybe???

    since 2.0464 was break ..next target is 2.0650...the key is 2.0494 (previous weekly high) if this point break next is 2.0650.

    if 2.0650 break it will go down first before going to 2.1000...

    just my 2 cent sm_scatter

    gbpchf broke daily trendline as expected and should continue its uptrend

    it may break but euro influence on dollar and pound is holding it back
