    Default e-gold - need help

    I cannot login to my egold accounts today, got this msg:

    Unable to login to account.

    Access denied

    The IP you are using to access the e-gold website (60.48.xxx.xx) appears to be either an open proxy or otherwise exploited. You will not be permitted to access e-gold services from this IP while this condition continues.

    Your first order of business to restore access should be to make sure that you are computing securely. Please read and implement e-gold's Security Recommendations.

    After you have resolved any security issues, including virus removal, it may take a day or two for your access to be re-enabled.
    what i have to do? anybody can help?

    Are you accessing the net through a proxy or anonymiser? Try connecting directly. If that doesn't work, you may need to email e-gold and ask them what the problem is.

    I'm accessing internet directly...

    Now trying to use proxy (just learned on internet)

    If cannot make it, I should contact egold

    please note, be carefull if you are using proxy when you accessed your e-gold account, your activity might be recorded..

    You will have to contact your internet service provider for further assistance.

    Since you are receiving this error message, there is strong indication that your ip address is appearing on a DNS blacklist. Recently e-gold implemented an upgrade to the AccSent security that now blocks access to the e-gold site from a proxy server or otherwise exploited ip. You must ensure that your computer is completely free from malicious software.
    Do you run an Anti-Virus program and a software/hardware firewall?

    Once you clear your computer, allow e-gold system 24-48 hours to update.

    After 24-48 hours if you still need assistance, you'll have to contact your internet service provider for assistance in getting your ip removed from the database.

    and note you may access your account from another computer at any time as long as that ip not exploited as well...

    today i can access...my ip change automatically by my internet service provider...maybe mine is dynamic ip...
