    I can't login to MT4 server, is the server down ?

    server is working fine. if u login to real account switch the server to real server. if still doesn't work restart ur MT4 or try change ur master password

    OK normal again after uninstall n reinstall Metatrader n Login again... Thx

    Default platform no connection????

    For the past 10minutes my platform showing no connection , both standard and micro account. My other broker's platform is fine. Am I the only one suffering here or others had the same problem too? If its true please do something quickkkkk........

    I have the same problem. No Connection status for the past 30 min. Other brokers work fine.

    I online since 22 London Time or 04.00 GMT +7, Connection Status is OK until Now

    Not all getting the same problem. probably it's just gateway problem. not the server. that usually happen

    now there was suddenly no connection on my metatrader platform almost 10 minutes yesterday. I have tried to log in (enter my password and user name on my metatrader platform) so many times. It's useless.
    My internet connection is excellent but I can't log in my platform.

    Don't pretend that you don't know what happen now?

    Although I log in at the same computer without firewall & antivirus, the problem was still exist. So I have uninstalled my metatrader platform, reinstalled twice. Finally it works now.

    1) Open/close MT4
    2) Your gateway problem (from firewall or provider) Are you opening from the home or ofice?
