    Ok
    First time of trade
You will notice that there are two times when two of the major markets overlap in trading times between 2am and 4am EST . Asian and European market
And between 8am to 12 pm ESt . European /N and American
Generally those are best time to trade
All other times simply during these times and outside of these times the markets mostly consolidate meaning very little price action happens

    What currency we can trade?
It is best to focus on currency pairs that have their parent country actively trading during of the session.
For example during the Asian and European market session focus on the Asian currencies such as eur/usd gbp/usd eur/jpy on the European and north American currency pairs such as eur/usd gbpusd usd/chf

this is great, the method you described proves to valuable, oh yes btw, i don't quite get it:
do you mean that we should focused our self with the two times that the markets overlapped?
at 2.00 till 4.00 EST at Asian and European,
    at 8.00 till 12.00 EST?

i'm very sory, if GMT to be applied what is the EST will go forth?
    thanks

    Basic strategy part1
This part is for times that your swing or wave is 20 pips or less
But no less that 5 pips
You simply look at the price of the last significant low and the price of the last significant high and if difference is 20 pips or less then you know that swing is a candidate for this part to trade it

While the price is zigzagging up , down there will be periods of time that price has droped back down below the last high but of course still above the last significant low
    Look this

When it has dipped down 3 or more pips (better more) then you can place an entry orders at the price of last high (plus spread) you can place your sl at the last low
About TP you can se it the high of the wave price or 20 pips for it

    What happen?
If price drop down below the price of the last low then cancel order
If market price hit your entry price then you trade will become active and you are in

    Strategy 2 for Part 1
This is for times that your swing or wave is between 20 and 40 pips. Now what we do is that add the price of the high to the price of the low then you divide the number by 2. now we have the price of 50% of this swing (you can use of fibo tools to do this too) now what you do is you place an entry order to go long if the price drop down to your 50% level
For SL use the last significant low (the bottom of your wave) the R:R is 2:1
The biggest wave you'd use with this strategy must be 40 pips then maximum risk is 20 pips
About TP we figure out how many pips our wave is then we add it to our entry price

Part 3 combination of part 1 and 2

We use this part strategy for waves that are 30 to 40 pips
When price start dippig down below the high that was just established then place 2 entry orders one for each above part

For the entry orders that you place based on part 1 then set your sl to be at the 50% level of wave .

With activation of each entry orders you must cancel another entry orders

    About risk
Please remember to exercise good equity management in all your trades
Never risking more than of your margin account on any of single trades
However if you have a small mini account you may bend this rule to 5% or even 10%
Once you get your account to 1000$ or more then definitely limit your risk to only 2% of your margin account on any single trade
