    Default Incorrect payment info?

    Hello good morning

    I tried to withdraw to Alertpay (the unique method i use to deposit) and my withdrawl was rejected, with the following comment:

    "Incorrect payment info"

    How is thisw possible, if i already deposited with AP successfully and i didnt change anything?

    Please help me

    Hi

    I think you put your traders account number in the form instead of your alertpay details. Be sure that your alertpay email is the same as the one you deposited from.
