    Default Fxopen Management please come to solve the problem

    Fxopen Management :
    First I want to say I do not want to post my problems repeatly. But please do not block my thread, if block again, I will post my problems along with the records to other forums. What I want just you fix my problem. I have sent email to finance and got their email reply which inform to send email to [email protected] . Till now I still do not get any reply and my problem do not be fixed.
    My account is 161257. I can not open and close orders at Feb 23th, 12:30. Then I go to LIVE SUPPORT and they said can close my orders manually and revert me they send to the deal department. But I wait for several hours and do not find any fix, then I email to [email protected] and get their reply.Then my account was margin call. You make me loss more than 20k.
    Waiting for the reply from managerment of Fxopen. Supporter , please check my problem with management or finance, then you reply, becasue you do not know what happen, and your reply is useless.

    U old post already get reply from headquarters manager and him already submit u case to finance department. All issue will take time to been process.
    So please be patient n dont make other thread open.
