    Default Alertpay deposit

    I have deposited today from my AP account but the money isn't in my account.

    When I see the status it says pending, but at the time to deposit it said that the payment is processed in seconds.

    I have also sent a Notice of payment in my cabinet, with the transaction reference number and the Alertpay email.

    How long do I have to wait to have the money in my account?, do I always have to wait to have the funds?

    When u Alertpay deposit not instantly credited please use notify form to notify finance department. Remember the notify will take time to process around 24 hour working days.

    ** Notice : If u want fund using alertpay, make sure u Alertpay account and fxopen trading account already have status verify
