    Question Is This Happened on Your MT4 today?

    I am confused about the Chart today..
    is this happened on your MT4 too..?

    Its lost 6 Hours data lost
    and Coz break my order that i cannot do anything

    yes, I also asked why, the support cannot answer me.

    if no price, how are the deals being processed? ...

    That was caused by the outage we had earlier today. The data has been filled in now so that gap should no longer exist.

    right click on your chart and click refresh, then the gap should be filled...

    n till now still remain same...

    In my opinion, form the chart USD JPY above
    we see that the quotes server close at 2009.02.17 03:04 at price 91.83
    and then open again more 6 hour from that at 2009.02.17 09:17 price 92.32
    Can I asked my 2 ticket 9939837 and 9971978 to be closed at 91.83?

    I've same problem, its seem my MT4 is frozen I tried refresh chart but no way
    the problem still there & WTF and I loose Big !!
