    Hello SIR, I want to withdraw SOme money. And I FOrgot my PINCODE how can i GOT sir ?

    Hello RIchalok,
    procedure of getting new PIN code is next:
    after your request to [email protected] (with attached scanned ID, phone number and address) you will get first e-mail with link that leads to your new PIN code.
    When you click it you will be directed to My FXOpen area.
    After login there with your account number and password you will see page with "Reissue" button.
    Click it and after that you have to get another e-mail. After activating it your PIN code will be activated.

    Following is the process to get a new PIN CODE :

    Please send a request to [email protected] for a new PIN CODE. Please do mentioned your Account number, phone number and house address. Also attach scanned ID in order to verify that you are the true account holder.

    After you send the email to our Finance Department and they accept your request, they will reply your email with a link which you need to click in order to get the new PIN code.

    After you click the link, you'll then be directed to My Fxopen Area.

    After Loggin in your account you will see a page with "Reissue" Button.

    Click it and after that you have to get another e-mail. After activating it your PIN code will be activated.
