    Default 124748 can not trade for 2 work days

    My account can not trade for 2 work days. I have 50 lots order which can not be closed.And I have more than 100k in my accounts.

    Account number: 124748
    Investor's Password:8tScogp

    I contacted with LIVE SUPPORTER and FINANCE for many times. Please Fxopen Manager to help me solved.

    Sure you can trade today, as Saturday and Sunday are FOREX vacation

    If this is not the case i'm sure managers will check it as soon as possible

    Att: I have withdrawed $24000 by bank wire at 12/12/2008 6:55:58 AM。 Till now, this withdraw do not be processed.

    At Friday and Monday, I can not close the orders, I have 50 lots opened orders. Anyone can check by the investor's passowrd

    I have contacted with [email protected] from last Friday. And also send email to [email protected]

    Live supporter replied me can close my orders manually by finance, and I also submitted the order numbers, but till now no any progress.

    Go to connection meta4 trader, left click on bar status then choose "FXOPEN trading server".

    * Connection meta4 bar u can find at the bottom right side at meta4.

    Wire transfer withdraw take time in between 3-5 working days .
    ** U already withdraw many time, u should know the procedure.

    Try Check u journal, what error appear .

    U can check u journal to know what error appear.
    Its will show why u cant closed u trade.

    Try to close an order then click Journal and see what error appears

    Mr fxopen124748, do you want finance department to close your order?? If so, please, email to [email protected] and ask them to do it. You have to give them your account number and number of the order you want to close.
