    Default server's problem

    dear fxopen,

    on 10/11/2008 i have open 3 position under acc 140908 as per order no:

    7116338
    7116395
    7117121

    All of my three orders have been affected by the server's down. At that particular moment i've check with other brokers which
    seem to have no problem at all. Only Fxopen server is down.

    Resulting of this, i cannot do anything to my already opened position which make them seriously damaged to my acc.

    The problem is, server was down after i already opened a position into my acc. So this is really unfair to me because i can't monitor my position and i can't even close it if it goes against me.

    To make it worse, yes the market went against me and when server up for a while, i already lost a lot.

    I really hope you can investigate regarding this matter and cancel all my 3 orders above.

    FYI, i've already sent a dozen of email to finance dept, but useless. Then i PM to manager who ask me again to email again but not to finance anymore. Its called monarch. Its ok, i did that too.....as a result, u know the answer....useless.

    i really don't want this to be a big issue for me or you or even for the company itself. So once again i really2 hope that fxopen take this problem into a favorable consideration.
