    Unhappy Bad Service Of Finance

    Hello,
    My name is Rochmat Rofiudin, my account number 138397, I would like to share about my delay withdrawal ….just for information, I have ever made 5 times withdrawal request and all are successful in a short time….but this time is different, my 6th withdrawal request has not been processed more than 48 hours….I really wonder what’s going on with finance….why does the service of withdrawal process decrease? not satisfying any more as usually..
    i start to think that it is a sign of “not good” broker
    Now I will think a thousand times before opening a new account in fxopen…..

    PS. if you ask me to send email to finance, I have done it but they ignored me.
    And status in cabinet still “pending”.

    thank you for processing my Withdrawal request
    if i may ask...why has my account been investigated? is there anything wrong with my trading? i want to know because having been investigated make me feel like criminal..

    But they respond very well

    There is no need to worry. Finance often make routine security investigations on accounts to comply with international law. Sorry if you were inconvenienced by the delay.

    Fully agreed .. They are also rejecting my withdrawl request saying withdrawl system be same as deposit where i am already usimng the correct and are not responding any email.. i wonder whats happening

    just try withdrawing sum by different payment processors u used in equal ratio and i hope ur withdrawals will be processed

    each time I try to log in, after I input my account no and password, i get a message, that I cant log in now that I should contact support in order to be able to complete the action, that is log into my ac.

    Try clearing the cookies and re-open the browser ... normally that should fix the problem.

    my point of view:-
    - this is a bad "sign" indicating this is not a "honest" business conduct.
    - when u keep making money and keep withdrawing then
    it triggers their "investigation" and delay.
    - they will put you on these kind of "tactic" or "inconveniences"
    to imply that you are not welcome to their business
    (try reading those popular forex forums complaining about "bad" brokers
    and u will notice)

    Fxopen, why your "investigation" have to cause delay (without informed &
    kept customer silenced)?

    Why can't your system do this internal-withdrawal investigation
    every time processing a withdrawal and it should be computerized
    and it shouldn't cause "obvious delay/ignored & inconveniences" to customers
    and more frustrated, finance dept will not bother even to reply customers informing the status or explaining.


    Please explain if you care.

    FXOpen has to comply with international law so accounts need to be investigated from time to time. It keeps you safe unless of course you are involved in criminal activity. Any honest company must do this or risk being shut down and the owners put in jail for supporting money laundering, or worse.
