    Default platform not updating

    hi guys,

    please help me. i got a problem here with my platform. im pretty much sure that im connected to the net and my connection status is green/blue BUT my platform is not updating at all. the prices are stucked, the graphs are stucked and the terminal is also stucked

    what happened.. please help

    dear admin my connectio speed is 256 kbs ok
    but opening orders or closing it took about 5 seconds every time is this normal or what???
    5 sec is long time to close an order

    me too 256
    but it close instantly
