    Default Problem with withdraw wire transfer

    Hello,
    My wire transfer withdraw are rejected because need information to CORRESPONDENT BANK.. But i don't say what i have to do in this fields..
    My Bank is BancoPosta (Italy) but i don't say what is CORRESPONDENT BANK..

    Do you help me?

    Dear j.aniston,
    Please go to your Bank and ask them to provide you with incoming wire transfer instruction including CORRESPONDENT BANK's information. This is standard procedure, as soon as you will receive this information please fill withdrawal form in MyFXOpen area and your wire transfer withdrawal will be processed.

    My bank say me is only necessary the IBAN Code and the BIC/SWIFT Code!! But where i can write the IBAN Code in your form? What a many problem!!

    Im sure IBAN Code also same as Account number.
