    Default Wire transfer deposit

    Dear admin,

    I sent money through a wire transfer on September 4, 2008 using FxOpen secondary bank account #. Notification on the deposit had also been sent.
    Can you please have a look if the money have arrived and in that case
    deposit them to my account?

    U should be patient, all wire transfer need 3-5 working days to be done from date u make a notice at trader cabinet .

    I have checked with my bank as well and they say that the money are in
    your bank. I think however that your bank then have to look on the details of the payment where I have put "ACCORDING THE AGREEMENT 116116"
    according to finance@fxopen.com, see below

    If I would like to do a wire transfer from my internetbank, what
    will I choose? Should I choose EU-payment or Abroad payment?
    If I choose, EU-payment, I will not get the option to pay any
    eventual fee if the receiving bank takes a fee. Do you take any
    fee for wire transfer? The next thing I wonder is what I should have as receiver? I have put this text as reciever: "ACCORDING THE AGREEMENT 116116". This is my accountnumber in your bank and I guess this is what you need to know to route the money correct to my depot, right?

    Your answer:

    Hello, we do not charge any fee for incoming wire transfers (howeverbeneficiary banks can do that). If you payment will be made in EUR it will be converted in USD when it reaches your account. In details of payment put your account's number. "ACCORDING THE AGREEMENT 116116" - will do.

    it need some days till your money is available...(3-5 Days)

    if your money isnt there write messange to finance@fxopen.com or support@fxopen.com and thell fix the problem soon...

    Howdy,

    I already sent an email to finance@fxopen.com yesterday and attached a copy of the wired transfer. I have one question though, can someone explain to me how a wired transfer can be so complicated? The money have been on your bank since September 4 and the only thing that shall be made is to transfer them to my depot.
