    Default F9 doesn't work

    I have problem with F9 button and I can't place new orders I reinstalled 3 times metatrader but it didn't solve the problem. Any idea what's wrong?

    Are you sure that your F9 button works fine? How about CapsLock?

    Please check attached image. "Nowe zlecenie" button (F9 key) doesn't work.

    Ok...now understand your problem!
    Try to use "Trader's" password to login, not "Investor's" and problem will be solved.

    My 'trader' password doesn't work. I get message "wrong account".

    I can only use investor password then my metatrader starts live update.

    It means that you are using wrong Trader's pass to login. Please check spelling, make sure that you use capital letters if needed. Incase it doesn't work anyway, send e-mail to [email protected] with attached scanned copy of your ID and request to get new Trader's password.

    Try to copy/paste your traders pass from the opening email. It will work then.

    maybe you add more space after the last type of the password
    i had this problem too, when i copy paste the password, i copy 1 space more

    if we login with investor password, we cannot make new order so F9 is inactive
