Thread: Real account 'account disabled'

    Default Real account 'account disabled'

    This morning, when open my Meta Trader using my id 11885 under server:M*********-Real, it say my 'account disabled'.
    I cannot trade.

    I email to your support and he claimed that i have opened more than one 25$ gift account and didn't make initial deposit all of my accounts was disabled from trading.

    This is a really a surprise and worried to me, as I (as far I'm concern) I do not have any others live account beside id; 11885.

    I'm only trade using my very own notebook. if at home, I'm connected to my home wireless broadband. If i'm outside/outstation, , i'm connecting my notebook via bluetooth dial up mobile phone which have data/gprs/Edge capabilties.

    Please help me..

    We check your account once again and have found that following accounts , were traded from the same IP that your account 11885 was opened.

    We have security restrictions to trade more then one 25$ gift account
    without initial deposit.

    so if me and my friends open accounts from the same computer all of our accounts will be disable
    why not make id no. or passport no. for unique accounts

    It was a condition for this accounts. Don't forget, this is 25$ given from our side and traders don't need to deposit anything , only what we ask just follow the rules. 1 gift account for 1 IP, 1 computer and 1 person. You can open as many gift accounts from same computer, but you will be able to trade them after initial deposit. Please make deposit and trade normally.

    I suspect that multiple trades within same IP could be when I'm dial-up using gprs/edge phone capabilities provided by my Telecom service provider DiGi Telecommunications sdn bhd.

    What would be the best way for me or you to verify that I'm only have 1 account?

    Please assist & advise me as I do not hesitate to comply with your rules & regulations.

    Dear Arialun,
    We had few situations 2 accounts for 1 IP adress ( from internet cafe). In your situation we indicate 11 accounts from the same IP adress which is very suspicious that is why all accounts were disabled ( this restriction only for gift accounts)

    You can deposit either to 11885 or open a new account with initial deposit and trade without any restrictions.

    Since I already have some amount in account '11885', I will deposit into it.
    Is 25$ is sufficient to 'unbar' my account '11885'?

    25$ is minimum intial deposit amount and it will be enough to enable account to trade.

    minutes ago.
    Kindly verify & 'unbar' my account '11885' so that I can resume trading.

    Yes you can start to trade without sending ID document.
    But you will need to send your ID for withdrawals.
