    Default how much country condition have influence

    how much the country condition have influence their currencies on the forex market?? i think it's have a big influence to moving their currencies. Lets discuss for country condition which have relationship of their currencies on the market

    Good thread . First of all, it depends on the country policy. For US, PPP (Purchase Parity Power) is a very important indicator in order to determine Currency.

    But not all country is like that especially Japan. Japan determine their currency exchange rates by measuring their inflation rate as they have target for inflation.

    You've got any idea why interest rates are at their lowest on CHF and JPY ? do you think it's a indication for stregnth ?

    Well country physical condition does not that much effect but surely it econimc power does have effect on trading.
