    Default login to account failed

    hello,
    someone please answer me,

    i registered a standard account this afternoon, malaysian time, my status still pending, i already uploaded my utility bill for verification, the problem i am facing is, i cannot log in to my account, but login to cabinet no problem at all.

    i plan to deposit once the problems settled, i can log in and out easily, then do the trade happily

    Try to copy/paste your password in from the opening email and you will be able to log in to the MT4 platform and trade. Verification is needed only for withdrawal of profits. If you are concerned about the time taken to verify, please email [email protected] and ask for a faster verification and it will be done for you.

    Default Accessing FXOpen Account

    I seem to be having the same problem too. MT4 logs into the system but b4 the charts r displayed, we get kicked out again. UserID & Password is correct. As you say, website logs in, just not MT4. Does this have anything to do with the fact that our account is zero.

    Did a search over google and saw another post somewhere else that a Dr was having the same problem and she seemed like an existing user.

    So what gives? Wierd that nobody else seems to be having this problem.

    Help please.....

    I guess you have to contact live support so they will help you to solve your problem online. As I know we have no any problems with our servers.
