    This looks bad, but I would say the worst that will happen is that e-gold will start asking for some form of ID when opening an account. Much of their business is already offshore and untouchable by the meddling of the US Govt, plus their business is way too big to just close up shop.

    Bush have already ordered all financial institutions to have ID proof of all the account holder in there respective company so that that person could be later identified is any thing wrong happens in that account.

    By my opinion, it always should be ID verification for any money transfers.

    Yes i agree with FX manager. This will avoid e-gold hacking even in insecure computer. I don't have any problem with that. But the problem if they will use our id for marketing purpose.

    I agree. There is more benefit on the users side if e-gold started to ask for ID. This will prevent more scamming site from taking users money and easier to trace them.

    if it comes to money, security should be the first thing in mind. Verified members are more likely not to scam easily. If they do it, then counter action can be made.

    Would you also consider Credit Card or Debit card as one of FXEgypt transaction channel very soon?
    This e-gold issue really concern me. What if(in near future) the law or rule says E-Gold is no longer allow to perform internet money transcation anymore worldwide..

    Hi Goldsniper;

    what other option to use beside e-gold? Currently I'm very comfortable with e-gold, till I saw this new..

    I'm not fond of using TT (since require you to go to the bank physically, correct?).

    I'm might sound like a conservative type person, but could you share or advise alternative option which has similar method like e-gold?
