Default After 2 months you deleted all my positions

Please Mr. FXOpen Manager answer my Skype calls.

Someone from your company decided to delete all my (winning) positions:
    "From: Administrator2

    Date: 2008.06.05 00:38

    Subject: Your account

    Hello,

your account was flaged by our system as using arbitrage trading script based on delays on quotes feed.

All the wrong deals was removed and your account was adjusted.

You can continue normal trading without using such of scripts or your account will be permanently closed."

I trade the news with an expert who opens only when the price moves, therefore it cant take advantage of delays.

In 2 months I multiplied my balance by 4.

2008 June 5. You told me: I have to speak with finance departent to check for the reasons, can you contact me afternoon GMTbecause I do not have required information now?

    No answer until now.

Please, solve the problem and return the money to my account.

    Thank you

The solution here is simple. Stop using the EA because it obviously triggers some security alerts on the server with the way it works.

How can you say I should stop using the EA?

You have no rules against it.

I have been talking with Mr. FXOpen Manager about experts and he knew I was developing one:

[10/08/2007 12:59:24] Jaume says: GOOD AFTERNOON
[10/08/2007 12:59:30] Jaume says: can you help me?
    [10/08/2007 13:09:15] fxegypt.com says: hello
    [10/08/2007 13:09:19] fxegypt.com says: yes
    [10/08/2007 13:09:21] Jaume says: sorry
    [10/08/2007 13:09:26] Jaume says: i have heard
[10/08/2007 13:09:35] Jaume says: that some brokers
[10/08/2007 13:10:07] Jaume says: don't allow expert advisors
[10/08/2007 13:10:16] Jaume says: what's your policy about it?
    [10/08/2007 13:10:21] fxegypt.com says: we allow
[10/08/2007 13:10:34] fxegypt.com says: i know that some brokers dont allow it
[10/08/2007 13:10:35] Jaume says: i am trying one now
    [10/08/2007 13:10:39] fxegypt.com says: ok

Why is Mr. FXOpen Manager not answering my calls now?

My expert holds winning positions much longer than 5 seconds.

I have read the rules carefully before.

No reason to remove my positions.

I spoke to Mr. French Manager and he promised he will help me.

    Thank you
