    Default FxOpen's LiveChat is having a problem!!

    I don't know why? few times already i've a bad experienced and not satisfied
    with the Live Chat at FxOpen.

    1# Problem: I've experienced overall slow down & jammed & freezed when i'm in the Chat's windows. I've tried both Internet Explorer & Firefox causing the the program
    the slow&jammed. Once closed the Chat's windows then everything (other tabs) will back to smooth. strange!

    2# The Support(personnel) is slow and not "serious&knowledgeable" to handle nany general questions. I've to "trial & error". Lucky I found this forum to be supportive else i'll fxopen with bad impression about their support/services.

    I'm worry in future, if i stuck into problems, i doubt those support at LiveChat could be any help.

    I hope this my comments/feedbacks to Fxopen from new customer.

    U can use local deposited even u not join under fxmalay.
    Fxmalay are IB for FXopen at Malaysia.

    If u want to join FXMALAY Grand Promotion contest u need to open standard account with deposited only use local deposited n must join under fxmalay link (www.fxmalay.com) n also need to deposited at least 100$.

    achieveseed, I apologise. Karina is a new worker in chat and your question is not a common one so you caught her off guard.
    All questions about local malay deposit should be address to fxmalay directly as they handle it themselves.

    hi, thanks: SuperMod & Rebatefx.

    OK. as I went thru this, you know, LiveChat support at your Fxopen's main web is very important. It should be always informative and they MUST capable directing customers where to go about (mostly those who approaches LiveChat there are new visitors/prospects).

    Other than Karina, I've talked to fews previously and those earlier questions are general i.e. all related to open accounts, account type....
    They never mention anything about fxmalay, (those IB, as i knew now...)
    or suggest me to view those forum first.

    Therefore, I've opened account under FxOpen's main web and realized there are differences eg, the fxmalay-community's rebate, competition, ...... (i'm still reading to understand all these in this forum....)

    btw, Mods, I've re-registered another new account under fxmalay.com under same name but I can't use same email address. I will abandon the earlier fxopen's account or you may delete it?

    If I'm a Malaysian(or any Malaysian's client) , I don't see any reason why I don't register under fxmalay as there are many "local" advantages/events here that I could be interested/benefited (only open to fxmalay's registeration). However, at first, I don't aware about it.


    These are the my "minor" inconveniences at LiveChat but to let u know, I almost give up considering fxopen just because having LiveChat there
    few times and the freezing-problem added to my frustration.

    i see that the freezing problem of support section still remains
