    Angry What Happened To My Ac No 60404?

    Hello, I want fx open manager and the finance department to let me know what has happened to my standard ac no 60404. I was unable to log in to this said ac for about 2 days, initially I though I had misplaced my password or there about. I then mailed [email protected] requesting for a new password. I was baffled when they reply that no such account exists. This is an account from which I withdraw money via egold on 30th May 2008.
    Below is the copy of the mail I sent to finance dept and their reply to my mail:

    Please Manager look into this matter promptly, because this is not funny at all and I feel highly embarrassed by this development.

    Thanks to fx open manager for this.
    But I want to state here that my referral whose ac no is 74551 is no longer being reflected in my Ac.

    Please help me to look into this also

    I have an information that current account was inactive for 3 months so it was temporally frozen, but Client says oposite, so we have to check why the problem happened first to give a full explanations.

    As I wrote before, account was indicated as innactive for more than 3 months thats why it was "conserved" automatically by the system. We will check who's mistake was it: Our, Software or something else and will report offcourse.

    I wanna believe this issue was caused by machine malfunction, as the admin is unable and unlikely to give an answer to this puzzle. Expectation is that all traders' account will be preserved whether active or dormant in case of future reference.

    This is somekind of bug in the software and we have reported to MetaQuotres company already...unfortunatelly I have no further information. Anyway, FXOpen company is sorry for that accident!
