    Default Finance Department about 24 hours withdrawal process

    Dear, Clients!

    To avoid in the future such complains and e-mails as "My withdrawal is
    pending more than 24 hours", please, before sending us such messages
    check your request status in My FXOpen area (you can do it in
    "History" section of your cabinet).
    Also be sure to confirm your requests by e-mail (status of request in
    your cabinet should be "True").

    Delays in processing withdrawal and transfer requests can take place
    only in cases of investigation (that can take up to 2-3 days) and if
    requests were made on the weekend.

    Thank you for understanding. Finance Department will continue to do
    the best to provide you with excellent and fastest service.

    I have seen in the Forum more applicants complaining of lack of access to email message definition Is this problem from the company or himself yahoo

    Hello,

    if client doesn't get confirmation e-mail to his/her address then there is a problem with e-mail server. And one should change e-mail address (for example, google mail server works almost always pretty good).

    Can someone show me how to change my yahoo mail to my google mail, since Fxopen work best on google mail.

    Please Admin, help.
