    Hi DuHeng

    Account verification via the cabinet is a new feature and everyone must send their documents again via the cabinet to remain verified.

    It only takes a few minutes to do. I just did mine

    For Chinese client before, no need to send "Address Approve Document"

    Can i use Identity Card document as "Address Approve Document" too?

    Without bring any id document for verified acc..you can not do any financial transaction ( internal transfer or withdrawal ).

    Your account can stay unverified as long as you like but you will not be able to withdrawal without verification.

    which documents are required as an ID
    driving licences or college ID will be ok?
