Question Price feed - bad data?

I have an ECN demo account and noticed quite a few problems with the price feed on EURUSD M5. I haven't checked other pairs. I would like to understand what it going on here, so please take a look at the attached screenshot "eurusd_m5.png".

This is my EURUSD M5 chart in MT4. I copied the server address onto the chart from the "options" menu. Now let me state clearly this is *not* a weekend gap. It is a Thursday. As you can see the 18.45 bar opens over 41 pips below the close of the previous bar. Also, the low of this bar is the same as the low a few bars later, which also appears to be a mispriced bar.

Now look at myfxbook1.png and myfxbook2.png. They show the same period without the massive bars, taken from myfxbook.com.

I've tried deleting my history and loading the price data again, but still the same result. So my questions are:

    1) Does anyone else have the same bad data as me?

    2) Is this a demo-server problem, and does the same bad data appear on the live server?

    3) Why is this happening, and what solutions are there?

    Thanks

    Neil

Please upload the images to another server and send the links. The demo server could be used by the IT department. The new functionality is being tested on it.
Could you please provide your account number and email?

Demo accounts were undergoing technical service at the time. We will remove non-market quotes and make sure that this will not happen again in the future. Thank you!

I've deleted my history to force a re-load, but I still have this bad data show up in the same place. It's a problem because I have my own backtester that generates ticks from M5 bars.

This problem is still happening as of today (Sep 4, 2020). Here's a screenshot of the AUDCAD on my demo account:

As you can see, it's the same as the previous problem on the EURUSD (extreme lows repeated on two bars in close proximity).

Is anyone going to do anything about this? I can't backtest my system like this, leaving me with no choice but to find another broker.

It is best to test on real quotes - on a real account with real liquidity.
The demo can be used to test liquidity providers and their quotes. Therefore, it makes no sense to use a demo to test execution.
