Thread: Rollover Interest

    Default Rollover Interest

I would like to know if your program has a rollover interest (well, if that's how you call it).

I dont seem to be able to find it.

If there is no interest, that means that I can have my lot open for as many days as I want without having to pay interest for it?

    Is that correct?

Coz with the other broker that I was using, they charged me interest everytime I leave my lot overnight.

If someone knows about this, please post.

That`s the overnight interest, I think..... How many pips you have to pay to the broker because they trade your money.... But anyone has a better explanation....?

Is there an option to trade without swap? Since you mention that you propose no swap option, so how do we change that?

    Example EURUSD 2 -0.79 0.15
    for negative swap it will be 1lot x 0.79 pips= 0.79 pips = 7.9$ negative swap
    positive swap it will be 1lot x 0.15 pips= 0.15 pips = 1/5$ positive swap

Interesting... so, how would you know if the trader is mouslim or not? Does he have to reside in certain country? Or this is just a religious thing?

I know a few mouslim traders, but at the moment they are trading commodities and shares...

Could you please give more details on the "NO SWAP" option?

Sorry to bother so muc, just out of curiosity, this "Ryba law" applies to mouslim people, no matter which country they are from and does not matter where they are located?

Riba is forbidden for all Muslims according to Shariah Law no matter what country they live in. However if a Muslim does happen to receive some interest maybe from a bank where shariah accounts are unavailable it must be disposed of like something that is dirty.

As I may have mentioned earlier, live 100 years and learn something new everyday!

So if I understan you correctly, respectable Muslim will discard or reject interest that the bank offers, basically interest will be treated as something undesireable...
