well there are so many ways to gain 10 pips a day
but you need to see the results out there
even a newbie can make that with the use of two way trades but then he may lose it if he doesnt know the right way to trade and where to stop

The best trading session is london session. The best trading hours are ..

    1. when both Loandon and Tokyo are open together. that means 1 hour before Tokyo market closes. London Open 1 hour before Tokyo closes

    2. When London and New York open together. 1 hour before london closes. New york open from that time.

In this 2 hours market remains most active.

Besides Tuesday and Wednessday are most active.

Yes, I do trading when NY open,so many factors (news) impact on US pairs.
I am trying to trade for longer term with long Time Frame. H1/H4/D1.
Before I was on M1, gave me some stress...in mind.

Using long time frame chrat is wise as those are clean. In low time-frame lotz of false signal. Tradres should take decission on chart above 1 hour.1M, 5M charts are just for fun. 15 mins chart has some importent data.So I put my order watching 15 mins chrat, but take decission on at 1 hour or above time frame.

I disagree with you, i trade quite succesfuly on 5min chart ant take desicions on 30min and 4h charts, you just need to combine them properly, if 30min and 4h charts shows uptrend i would never go short in 5min chart except when prices hit fibonacci or pivot resistance/support levels, or market is corrective

why trade 10 pips when you can make 40-50 a trade, even up to 100+ pips. you are losing a lot of opportunity.

I think the market start to get very active even before London time.
at around 6-7am gmt. i think it is the exchange at germany and about.
and start to slow between 2000-2100 gmt.
