    Cool how can I change my password?

    Hello, I lost my password and I made a request to fxopen and i was reissued a new password. in the mail I was advised to change the password as soon as I logged into my ac.the problem now is that I dont know how to change this password, please can somebody that have knowledge about this help me out?

    I have answered in another thread somewhere already:

    Login to MT4, choose TOOLS/OPTIONS, choose CHANGE , enter current password and new password 2 times and press OK, reboot MT4.

    Will this way change the fxOpen's trader cabinet password as well?

    Yes, sure, you use the same TRADER passowrв to log into your Metatrader and the cabinet (MyFXOpen) both, so, once you change it from TOOLS--OPTIONS--SERVER in MT4, you will be able to log into MyFXOPen with the new passowrd as well.

    You can only change your account number by opening a new account

    Default I cannot log,

    i leave forex for quite a long time already,, and now i want to back again,, but the problem here is i cannot log on using my password ,, is my account still activated or deactivated ? help me how to fixe this . TQ

    Hello,

    your account could be closed due to 90 days of inactivity.
    You can open another account (you will get welcome bonus there after necessary deposit amount) or you can e-mail you request to finance@fxopen.com and we will restore your previous trading account.

    Is deactivation primarily owing to login/logout or lack of trading?

    I think it is best not to deactivate accounts at all since the deposit procedures have not been perfected (no creditcard/no paypal etc) and many many new customers are still waiting to make deposit and start trading. Or at least send a message alert to an imminent deactivity and tell them to "login once" to keep the account active. Also some members may trade for long term (e.g. buying Gold).

    Hello,

    if you do not login to your account during 90 days then it will be deleted. If you want your account be active while you do not trade just login there from time to time.
