    Wink Problems with FXOpen!!!

    I opened a live account, and I CANNOT contact FxOpen at all!!!
    Not through chat, not through phone, and not through email!!!
    All I want is to just deposit money to my live account.

    I want to deposit money through E-Gold. I want to convert USD to Gold, and I got this message to convert it:

    "To send US Dollars to EGS using a 'SWIFT' international bank wire"
    How do I do that, and where?

    try to change your money through money changer in your region to LR / WM / Egold. This is the step by step what you should do..
    1. If you don't have LR here is the link to open an account http://www.libertyreserve.com/?ref=U2555952
    2. go into your LR account and find out some money changer in your region
    3. transfer your money to the money changer and they will send the money to your LR account
    4. login into your fxopen
    5. then add the account using LR
    6. finished
    try 1$ first if it's work you can try the bigger money

    I think the thread should be problems with transfer not with fxopen..
    why not u use international bank wire from ur country to fxopen.i think it would be rather easier than converting ur money to EG or any other e-currency since u don't have their dealers in ur country.sm_scatter

    I am bit surprised that you can not contact us through LiveChat or phone...as I know both work fine as well as e-mail server.
    FXOpen do not make exchange operation and you need to use any exchange office to convert your "cash" to E-gold.
