Can I place a long trade and leave it there (for a long time) without putting in a stop loss?

    Please what is Margin Call?

May I ask if take prifit and stop loss are necessary for a trade. I notice that I lose money when I put stop loss; gain and lose some pips as well when I put take profit (if the market goes along that same direction)

May I ask if anyone knows where I can get live forex data and also where I can get free chat software which include all the technical analysis tools?

u can place order and leave your position only if you have enough cash to hold it for longer,if the currency continues its down trend then at some point ur loses will not cover ur original cash position and will issue a margin call.so always place stoploss when u trade so u can minimize losses
