Thumbs down Why is it easy to close a losing trade and not a winning one?

I am greatly pissed off today and i now begin to wonder , Why is it always easy to close a trade when your losing, but when you want to close a winning trade the system begins to send some funny sort of messages? Is this deliberate? I believe one should have an equal chance of closing both a winning and a losing trade. fxopen Manager look critically inot this, I lost more than 25 pips in just one trade today due to this funny messages from your system.

I can tell that there is no difference if you try to close profitable or lose order. Most probably you try to close profit orders during the news time thats why you can receive requotes message (just adjust deviation level at 1-2 pips). I believe that you should use s/l and t/p orders more.

    Cool thanks

Hello thank you so much for your suggestions, from now on I will try to use deviation on all my trades so that I will not get to lose valuable pips again. I am truly sorry if i had over reacted about this.

Youe problem is not with FXopen, but yes with the MT4 platform in any broker. The prog code of MT4 allow you to select the deviation from the price you choose to close your trade. if U use "0", the MT4 constantly send you the message that says if you want to close position at new price (not exactly like that, but that is what its says) so, if the price move so fast, you will always have to fight with this window, and you can't close the position. This thing happen too when you open the open/close position window with some anticipation to your decision.
    See you!

I now understand the reason because this problem happens to me often as well. I know it has to do with metatrader platform but did not know I can set deviation to reduce that.

    Thanks for the questionand answers.
