    Default client loss

    dear FxOpen manager

    my friend register standard acc. id 65171 on 06/02/2551 after my standard referral link (12831) - and today she ask me about 10 lot promotion so I check my account history (to see how many lot she had) and I don't receive a commission not 1 trade from this id

    could you please fix this.

    but in an other thread the fxopen manager say that you can find the commission in the meta trader 4 terminal

    well it suppose to like that i guess,my friend have that notification on his MT4
    when his affiliate make some trade

    finance only said my friend isn't register via my link, so I just make it easy way by ask my friend register new account and this time make sure he register use my link

    well i guess you check ur internet connection ,it might the cause of the problem.

    if he is able to do forum-postings, why shouldnt his fxopen-software be up-to-date?

    if my referal make a lost in trading, i.e atleast -4pips, will my account be deducted or gain profit?

    No, you will earn the commission as normal. The commissions come from the spread, not from the trade results.
