    Default I'm Lost my Profit 94.08$? Why?Please Help Me..

    I had send email to Belvedere Inc ([email protected]) 3 times and to Fxopen manager 1..
    My Profit At Daily Confirmation...
    My ticket lost 2141624 (94.08$)

    And my acc summary after that day
    balance (same that day) : 610.81 + 93.98 - 26 = 584.71 must be 678.79

    And My Monthly Statement where my ticket is not there (lost), Why??

    There was a spike which was deleted thats why all the trades (profitable and lose) closed by wrong price were canceled. For example, if someone lose 100$ during the spike it would be recovered.

    ^^ Thank's the answer... , I just want to know... and I don't want FXopen get bad name ( I still have Acc at FXind)...

    This is a testimony to the fact that spikes exists in live trades as well in contrast to the impression that it exists in demo only. But I'm satisfied with the prompt resolution of the problem by fxopen administrators.

    All traders should peruse their daily confirmations properly and ensure you do not cheat yourselves.

    There is a good side in this story, incase you will have a lose during the spike it will be recovered also.

    good to see that admin has given the satisfactory explaination
    spikes do occur and as admin has already made clear that trades during spikes will be closed whether profitable or loss...

    Question What are spikes

    please what is the meaning of spikes? issues like this should be tabled more o the forum so that traders will know the rules of the game. there is a saying in my place that in a city where there is no laws there can be no offenders, Please let us know the rules and regulation of trading with fxopen and let us know what can make our trades to be closed either in profit or loss without notification.
