    sometimes finance department will not reply.
    if u already submitted all documentation needed to verify u account, its should be o.k already even they not reply.

    If you use MAIL.YAHOO mailing center some of the emails can be lost unfortunatelly

    Unhappy I used hotmail

    thanks for your prompt response. But I have always used my hotmail address to mail fxopen and that was the email I used in opening my account. Must I see the mail from the [email protected] before I cam
    n make any withdrawal?

    Normally you should receive an email from finance department. I think you should contact [email protected] and check your account's status.
