Default Moving Avareges and GBPUSD Signal

An indicator of the most frequently used and most standards. Moving average itself has applications very broad though simple. Said to be simple because basically this method only the development of the average method we used to know in school (well, there point is also not our school?).

Moving average has three different variants, namely the Simple Moving Average, Weighted Moving Average and Exponential Moving Average. Each is a moving average method, only way to average me-averaging are different from each other.

    A. Simple Moving Average (SMA)

    If I have data 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29 and 30 then I will
applying the method of SMA with 3 periods and 4 periods, then the result will be like this:

    SMA applications
There are several uses of the SMA. Broadly speaking, it can be used for the following:
1 Determine the trend is going to happen.
    2 Determine support and resistance.
    3. smooth the other indicators too jagged.
In this section I will discuss about determining the trend by wearing SMA.

Do you see anything from this graph (come on, a little more intelligent ... again ...). Yeah Right!

Here we can see that if the price moves up, from the high school under
candlestick and vice versa when the price goes down, the SMA is above the candlestick.

Of course the proper application period is very helpful here. In the event of crossing between the price of the high school, we know that there will be changes in the direction of the trend.

Well, what if we use two SMA with two different periods?
very interesting. We'll soon know how the results:

Is not it easier? With the use of two SMA two different periods
we can more accurately predict where the price will move. Where has
the intersection of the price of the second high school will certainly priced right
changed its direction. we have three lines of intersection of the
intersection between the SMA 20 and SMA 40 and SMA 20 intersection with the price and
    intersection SMA 40 with price.

We know that when the span between the 2 SMA bigger then the trend will likely continue to take place and when beginning to happen narrowing the distance between them and the intercepts occur until creed, can concluded that the trend is over.

Then as where the period? MA5,10,15,20,50,10,200 OR? Unfortunately, until now there is no search rulesperiod appropriate to wear. It takes a lot of practice and try-benyak (trial and error). You need to note that the use of the period can vary according to the needs of even the same pair because it is the condition of a currency is dynamically from time to time.

Most MA function is leveling volatile market movements and identify the direction of the price, also with MA can show the strength of the steepness of the angle of the trend line.
