Eh... FAPTurbo's alright, I'm still using the default settings and I'm making alright profits (any profit is good profit)... had to turn it off USDCAD though because it was making some big losses but other than that its alright. I have other robots doing much better results though.

I also noticed that this software takes the trade, which I never ever take. It just does opposite; when I thought of buy the software sells and exactly vice-versa. Scalping strategy works with Fapturbo to generate some pips but one bad trade can wipe out all your gains. Keep your money in check and do not trust the software much…

Anybody feeling that Fap Turbo is making a comeback like the early days??

I am recording good profits since last month..

Ever since the hype went overboard, the profits start to slide...

Hopefully this month will be a good month for Fapturbo

Welcome to the forum, hope no matter what form of trading you use it's a success for you. Just read over this thread again and glad to see you added 2 question marks after comeback like the early days a lot of problems seem to happen in the early days.

I think the Fapturbo people are pretty ruthless and the product does not work as advertised.

I bought it but I did never register it and will not use it. The losses are far too large for the small gains to balance.

It trades with some brokers better than others, or at least that is what I found on the demo accounts. It does not like four digit brokers by all appearances.

I found many open source or free EA's that were far superior to Fapturbo. I believe it may not be welcome at FXOpen because it uses mostly scalping strategy.

If you learn how to optimise it, then it might be better..plenty of info on youtube about optimising EA's

I am using FapTurbo, PipTurbo, and PipTronic. PipTurbo got the amazing performance. PipTurbo get 2nd, Fapturbo get 3rd. All three have profits.

I live in Taiwan and have just installed pip turbo (sorry to be the "hairy-tic" - heretic) into fxopen meta 4 trading platform.

It was Friday and I believe that pipturbo is reluctant to trade on Fridays, so no trades as yet (Saturday).

I have a question about the time setting.

In this thread I have read that fxopen is GMT+3 (and I assume they are my ‘broker’)
I noticed that each chart in the platform reads a different time.

Should I be setting ALL my trades at GMT+3 - according to FXopen - or should I be setting the time differently in each chart according to the GMT of that chart?

Or other?

(if per chart, is there an easier way of finding out the relevant GMT without doing the obvious calcutions? ie my GMT is X , time here now is Y, time there is Z, time at GMT is A, so G+there =GMT adjusting for the fact that I used to have a cat and a dog, but now I have two cats.)

The next question I have is about account size.

I am installing this into a 50k demo account, but what happens when I load it into a small account of 1k or 3k or 5k. Does anyone have any recommendations for any changes to be made to settings?
