well.might be multiple reasons, though one might be that your bank also has different wire transfer time frames that might come different prices from their side.
generally the slower the cheaper.
My bank for example offers urgent, ie. 1 day, fast ie 2 days, and normal ie 7 days transfers.
then FXopen might also need 1-2 days to place the money to your account.
Important: dont forget to send the notice to them.

jaydownunder, I do understand your concern about your payment, but the problem can be solved easily, so no need to worry.
If you made a wire deposit to your FXOpen trading account and the money hasn't been added after 5 working days (! weekend in not counted), you should ask your bank to gibe you a SWIFT (telex) copy of your transfer and you should e-mail it to finance@fxopen.com
If there was sone delay in crediting the funds, we can use this document to track the payment.

Hi
Before make a wire transfer, please check the step -->
STEP 1, Please login to the cabinet http://cabinet.fxopen.com/ go to menu "Add Funds/Wire Transfer", then u will get our bank details........
STEP 2, print or copy our bank infomations. ...........
STEP 3, go to u bank, transfer u funds to our bank(provide our bank infomations to u bank and u bank will guide u how to do). ...........
Or if u do online banking u need to fill with the information u get from trader cabinet about our bank detail. .........
STEP 4, after u send wire transfer, pls login cabinet https://cabinet.fxopen.com/,go to menu " Notice About Payment/Wire Transfer", make a notice. .........
Then u need to wait patiently because wire transfer deposit take time in between 3-5 working days before u deposit can credited into u trading account ........
STEP 5 - If after 5 working days u trading account still not credited, please send u bank's SWIFT code to finance@fxopen.com, so they can trace the money.(u need ask u bank for the SWIFT code)
Remember when you transferring money using wire transfer, the money will go to many location. From bank transfer to Intermediate bank then agent then maybe more agent then after that finally to our bank. So the process can be shortest or can be longer because different bank have different services and use different agent. Some bigger bank have own agent at many country some bank will use outside agent that always coz the delays.
Thanks

The wire transfer fee will be deducted from the total withdrawal amount, so you can place your full balance, $1,065.83, as the withdraw amount and the Finance Dept. will simply subtract the fee and send out a wire in the amount of $1,015.83.

Some banks don't use correspondent banks, and even with those banks who do it is not always mandatory to make use of the correspondent bank. If your bank has a swift code then you do not need to worry about the correspondent bank information.

That message appears to be self explanatory;
Your bank account number is incorrect or in the incorrect format and was rejected by FXOpen's bank.
Check your account number and make sure it is correct, if you are in Europe make sure you fill in your complete IBAN account number for example.
