Commission not showing

Where is my commissions ? Is very stranger...

It seems that IB depositing to account still has a problem, and that now 'manual deposit' also getting behind. yet not seen any rebate for Thursday, and generally Friday is over....i hope the weekend FXopen manage to catch up and fix the problem.

Also logging into Cabinet for micro account the balance shows 0.00$...still, generally all day. MT4 stat is ok though, as well as standard account.

I'm sure the referral commission already credited into upline account.

The actual balance are in meta trader 4, normally trader cabinet balance will updated delay.

Actually FXOpen is behind, this morning ( the 31st) only rebate from 29th was credited finally. though i am sure they working hard to catch up, I still would kindly suggest some update announcement from management to come out, address the problem, and give some guideline when members can expect everything back to normal.

this problem also involves micro account balance in Cabinet that shows 0.00$, and although MT4 has the correct balance, cabinet has still limited ability, to transfer money or to make a withdrowal request.

18060863 2009.10.31 02:20 balance AGENT DP29.10:USD xxx.xx xxx.xx
18061251 2009.10.31 03:08 balance AGENT DP30.10:USD xxx.xx xxx.xx

If you meta trader 4 are have enough balance, the trader cabinet will accept the withdraw and normally will automatically updated the balance.

Can you say that by now all the IB rebates assigned to all accounts?

My upline still seem to miss the earning from my trades for both 29th and 30th...

pls verify where FXopen is currently in the IB manual assigment, if they still in work, and your account was lucky, or special...since some still miss the 29th Oct in the moment!!

Its better to check with finance department.
My both account (my micro and standard) already received the commission since yesterday for 29 and 30 October 2009. And a few of my friend also already received the commission for that days. Not so sure why you account still dont get the commission for that dates.

** Maybe you downline not trade on 30 October 2009 or closed pips are not enough to count as commission. Check with finance.

he recieved IB to his standard account, but not on his micro.

about if trade or not....i do the trade
so, i know i traded both mentioned days, and indeed pretty actively....so, maybe we talk about 50$+ there, rather than not enought pips

I haven't yet got any IB for 29th and 30th dates of October in my Micro account. Weird thing is that, I got my IB in standard account already.
Can staff actually tell us the current status of IB allocation? Or should I contact staff? Please let me know where should I email about this problem.

FYI...

I'm also still missing commissions from 10/29 & 10/30. I have sent an email to finance and cc'd customer service.
